A good subject, and I've returned here or to a slightly different vantage point on a few occasions. Although quite local to me, it's not actually that easy to get to, and on each visit so far it's rained. This time I came with umbrella (which I don't always carry, as my rucksack is always heavy enough without) so no problem this time. I did make sure I got here very early in the morning, for the light direction. The other times had been afternoon, with sun (between the showers!) coming more from the left, which changes the scene a lot.
