Painted on a lovely sunny day, on the first available opportunity I had to get out after Covid19 'lockdown'. I chose this spot because I've painted here before and rarely seen another person. It's a great view over farmland, but certainly presents the challenges of foliage. Not a building in sight, except very distantly. It was cow parsley time, which is very attractive and I'm glad I didn't miss this time of year, having already been forced to miss most tree and hedge blossom indoors. I took my time, enjoyed seeing some butterflies around me and felt relaxed, very much enjoying being back painting outdoors.
