From a day out with my plein air group, The Exiles. I once conducted a 'perspective lesson' on this street whilst teaching a painting holiday based in Wells. I'm sure you can see why! But I loved the way the cathedral rises up above the buildings from this viewpoint. Really bright sun, and my board right in it, so I had to paint very fast.
